Hi @dukedl Thanks for that - do you have to take the seat out to get at the module? Not very hands on so don't want to play about with it too much if possible. The local dealer want £65 per hour to troubleshoot. Thanks fintan

Hi Ukianb I know this was a few months ago but did you ever get this sorted? I had the car out with my local dealer and they sent a diagnostic test away to Skoda. Skoda believe it is 'likely' the bluetooth module and they want the dealer to test by swapping out the module. That would be ok but they want to charge me £65 per hour and are saying that this will likely take 2 hours which is a load of crap. I'm not paying £120 odd for them to do some testing. Did you eventually get this sorted? I was planning on d/c and reconnecting the bluetooth module myself to see if it made any difference but I'm not too sure where it is and I'm not very hands on either when it comes to cars. Hey matthieu i know this is an old post but did you ever find out where the bluetooth module is?my bluetooth has somehow been stuck in mute and ive tried everything to get it going...everything else has sound. I want to try and d/c and reconnect the bt module

Anyone know where the bluetooth port is in the 2013 rapid? Bluetooth seems to be stuck in mute and resetting to factory hasnt helped...sound works for radio etc. Just not bluetooth...forgot connection tried multiple phones etc. No dofference...any ideas? Its driving me nuts

My bluetooth has been making no sound for about 1 month. Car connects to phone fine but no sound when connection completes, no sound with hands free, no sound playing music. Radio+cd player fine. Tried resetting to factory on car settings and forgetting connection on both phone and car already. Any ideas? Dealer to check out on Mon as couldnt fix today. Think something is stuck on mute as pic seems to apply
