Coolant level low on two occassions but later steady
Is it advisable to have the camchain replaced with the water pump or it doesn't need to be?

Coolant level low on two occassions but later steady
Can the coolnat level drop and then be steady ?. The only explanation - could it be that somehow airbubbles were generated ?

Coolant level low on two occassions but later steady
Skoda Octavia 2007 about 135k miles. Water pump has never been replaced as a cambelt. Last time coolant was changed was about 14 months ago. While driving about at 70 mph about 6 weeks ago the coolant levels dropped -topped 250 millilitre and it made sound of air coming out. Then after 2 weeks again, levels again dropped and had to top up about 400 mills The temp gauge has always been at 90. While looking visually for leaks, there are stains on the water pump, that may suggest that water pump may be leaking under pressure. Rest appears okay. I took it to a garage and they said that it could be water pump as there is lot of stain on it and suggested replacement. But, since topping up last time then, I have done about 550 miles and the coolant level has not fallen at all. I am bit confused as to why the coolant level has not fallen again and should I replace water pump?

Brake discs, pads and increase in fuel consumption
I meant the groove on the pics on new disc is normal or due to a problem such as caliper sticking to the disc?

Brake discs, pads and increase in fuel consumption
I have now done more than 100k. Three discs have been smooth and even but since last 3 to 4 days, I have noticed a groove being carved on right rear driver side disc. pictures below. Is the caliper sometimes sticking?. I lifted the car up yesterday on the jack, wheel seems to be moving freely and also rollls on a slight grade.

Brake discs, pads and increase in fuel consumption
For 07 Octavia, I had all four brake discs (feredo) and pads (brembo) changed earlier this week. Since then I have drove around 110 miles. I note that fuel consumption has increased. Before the change I was having around 44 mpg (motorway driving) and now around 39mpg. I contacted the workshop and they said that it is normal to have a temporary drop in mileage until the brake and discs are fully bedded and can take few days to do so. Is this correct or should I be asking them to check the brakes now?

Which coolant?
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/233656678326 Is this also the same thing. Looking for ready mix so that it is easy to change. Looks like they have changed g13 to the above version. Not sure if it is still okay to use the new one

Octaiva 1.6 FSI- When reversing the parking sensors on the screen do not come up. There is a beep for about 2 seconds. Had a VCDS scan with 2 faults: 2 Faults Found: 01546 - Sensor for Parking Aid; Rear Mid-Left (G204) 009 - Open or Short to Ground - Intermittent Freeze Frame: Fault Status: 00101001 Fault Priority: 3 Fault Frequency: 2 Reset counter: 232 Mileage: 177787 km Time Indication: 0 Date: 2000.00.00 Time: 15:43:59 01546 - Sensor for Parking Aid; Rear Mid-Left (G204) 004 - No Signal/Communication Freeze Frame: Fault Status: 00101001 Fault Priority: 3 Fault Frequency: 2 Reset counter: 232 Mileage: 177787 km Time Indication: 0 Date: 2000.00.00 Time: 15:43:59 Does the above mean that one rear mid left sensor need to be replaced and are they expensive ?
