  1. https://www.carscoops.com/2018/06/facelifted-2019-skoda-superb-caught-undisguised-will-get-hybrid-powertrain/
  2. Seeing as you still cannot buy a Golf or Passat GTE, I think you're probably right!
  3. Would anyone know if the PHEV models are likely to be available to order anytime soon?
  4. Looking around the other forums there are many cars not available at the moment. Will see with my company if I can wait it out a bit - We have a particular deal to push us towards VAG cars but if you cannot actually order anything...
  5. I've popped a build in on carwow to see if I can get anything out of any of the local dealers when they tell me I can't have one.
  6. That properly sucks. Did they offer any news on a replacement model? (eg. L&K). I'm on a company scheme and my current car is up, so I have to replace it with something.
  7. I was completely set on a Karoq. I'm not spending £3k more for a diesel 4x4 that I don't want. I'm really not sure what I'm going to buy now. :(
  8. That's very smart, even if the dealer used a 15 year old Nokia to take the photos. "Shall we polish the fingerprints off the shiny trim? Why bother - no-one will notice at this resolution"
  9. Does anyone have any photos of their L&K interiors? I'm between a Karoq Edition and a Superb L&K at the moment - Petrol Blue being my preferred colour but not sure if I'd go black or beige leather wise. I like brown leather, just not so keen on brown dashboards!
  10. That sounds a bit more logical. I was aware of the MY2019 models coming at the end of July. Hopefully, that won't come with a sizable increase in price - the Edition is relatively good value currently.
  11. I’ve just been told by a dealer (not my local but they had a petrol blue one that I wanted to check the colour) that you can longer order a 1.5 TSI Edition? Is this true? I’m just about to order and had my heart set on one.
  12. A lot comes down to the dealer. I’ve always had good support (although very limited issues) with my two Octavias. My wife just bought a Fabia. We ordered one already built and sat at Emden as our old Honda was very much on it’s last legs. Delivery was delayed as our boat went to Grimsby instead of Sheerness due to bad weather. We had to get some repairs done on the old car to keep it running over this period. We were just glad to get our new car, but the dealer arranged some compensation from Skoda UK. They offered us accessory vouchers, but the dealer knowing we were keen mountain bikers got it swapped for family passes to Bike Park Wales. Guess where my Karoq order will be going?
  13. My wife did the same on a Fabia last month. Paid it off after a few weeks of ownership, kept all the benefits of the deal.
  14. On my travels this afternoon I happened to drive by a dealer that had a Petrol Blue/Black Leather Edition sat outside. Think this will be the combination I will be going for.
  15. Does anyone have pictures of their Edition interiors to compare? I'm going for Petrol Blue paint and had settled on Black Leather, but I saw a Karoq in the showroom with Beige and it looked surprisingly good.
