    Hey all, Thanks for the valuable input. Events have changed my thinking. I hit a roo the other night. Not a lot of damage. Got him plumb centre. Smashed the grill, radiator, cooler and bonnet. He came off a lot worse (RIP). So I might just patch it up and get something else.

    No, not thinking about 4x4 just considering the TDI conversion and wanted to know if anyone had done that or something similar.

    I'm thinking about dropping a 2.0 TDI into Roomster to replace the 1.6 petrol engine. Has anyone done that conversion or something similar?
