The South West Motor Show Sunday 17th June 2007 @ Newton Abbot Racecourse The event is now in it's 6th year and has grown in popularity year upon year. The opportunities for car/cruise clubs wanting to get involved in our event is becoming increasingly attractive, whether you want to do best club/cruise stand or enter the "sound off" or "show n shine", i feel there is something for everyone. The show is open to all: performance, modified, customised, american, kit cars, car clubs, cruise clubs and car manufacturers etc. Each year we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of people showing their cars, traders attending and members of the public visiting the event, last year 2006 we had nearly 5000 people visit the show, nearly 30 traders and almost 600 show cars Here are a few of clubs that attended last year: Kernow Kruz South West Cruisin Devon RSOC Club Ford Probe OC Street Stylers Southwest Club SE Blue Oval OC SIDC GTO Owners Club OEM+ Devon/Cornwall XROC Somerset RSOC Eurorover Owners Club Modified Performance Group Ultimate Jap Cars Ford Cortina OC Mig South West Civics Vauxhall Sports Club Cruise South West Cruise Asylum Prformance Renaults Charlies Crazy customs Dreamers Demon Cruisers Bristol Cruisin Cruzin Exeter ZSOC South West Performance Cars Quayside Escort Cabriolet Club Illumination Cruisers VXLSCC Italian Rep Club The show is open from 10.00am until 4.00pm, all show cars will need to be in place by 9.00 am on sunday, if you would like to camp there is a site in shaldon (10 minute drive), check link: http://www.coastview.co.uk/ you have full use of the facilities ie: bar, showers, hot & cold water, they also do caravans and lodges.
