Thanks chaps for all your advice. There does seem to be some confusion as Gizmos link seems to suggest it can be fitted retrospectively? The bottom line is I was told by my dealership that they were going to be fitted as per my order and I have written proof. So its now a case of Skoda working some magic and getting them fitted or having to reject the car. It's such a shame as the rest of it is great but I know my other half will not be able to park the thing without the sensors. I still can't believe they can't be retro fitted. The Columbus system must have a plug/socket in the back to fit the sensors? Surely these systems are plug and play and not bespoke to each individual order?

Hi fellow Kodiaq drivers. Got a quick question for anyone that can help. Took delivery of my new Kodiaq Edition last week with several extras added on for good measure; loving it apart from one thing. It arrived with one thing that was missing from the configuration and that was the front parking sensors which I had been told was fitted as standard to the top of the range model! I am in touch with the dealership; however they are saying they can't be fitted retrospectively!! Does anyone have any ideas?? It's the first time I've ever bought a new car to order and woundered what my rights are to get this rectified and even if it's possible?? Thanks.
