  1. Hey everyone. Thank you for all of your suggestions. I ended up finding a website which were able to match my locking nut key from the picture above and have despatched it in the post to me. I needed to provide proof of ownership of the vehicle and identification. Although it did cost overall an eye watering £43. Safe to say that I won't be leaving this new locking wheel nut key on the side of the road again. If you're curious, this was the website: http://www.lwnk.co.uk/ Once again. Thank you all.
  2. That's great. Would you happen to have a link please?
  3. Hey everyone. Would anyone have any idea where I can purchase a replacement locking wheel nut key please? I left mine on the side of the road last week after fitting the spare wheel due to a puncture! Any help would be greatly appreciated
  4. My Fabian had a Dance system previously so I would say yes you can do this conversion and you'll need all the parts stated above
  5. All of my parts finally arrived yesterday. After speaking with Gingerbeardman who helped me through the set up, I'm extremely relieved to say that it worked a charm! The RNS310 works just as you'd expect in a newer fabia/roomster. (apart from the clock displaying the wrong time and not being able to change it... But I can live with that!) Thank you for all your help. Couldn't have done it without this thread!
  6. I actually just Googled how to use those scotch taps so I understand that you don't need to solder. The parts that are confusing me now is how do I identify which wire is what and how do I ensure that my relay has its own wiring harness?
  7. I haven't as of yet as I only managed to find this thread today. So I'll need to buy some quick lock scotch taps, quadlock extension cable and a Skoda relay 487. I'll purchase all these tomorrow after work. The bit that is causing me confusion is where you say to cut the wires where you have marked in red. Does this require soldering? Thank you so much for your help. You have no idea how much I want this to work in my car
  8. Hi Gingerbeardman. Please. You're my only hope. I've bought a RNS310 from Gumtree and realised it doesn't simply plug and play with my 2009 Fabia 105. I have read your guide but I am still having trouble. Could you please show more detail on the wiring part as I'm no electrician but I'm fairly competent at following instructions. If you could please explain it to me as if you were speaking to an idiot... I would be forever grateful. The radio doesn't turn on or off with the ignition which inherently won't let me use the phone feature as you have to have the ignition on but it doesn't recognise the ignition. Everyone I'm asking have no idea but you seem like you do! Kind regards, Joel
  9. Hello everyone. I'm having trouble getting g my retrofitted rns 310 radio to work properly in my 2009 fabia 105. It doesn't switch on or off with the ignition. Any advice would be gratefully accepted.
