True but I'd expect Mpg to be better using eco. Good Mpg though. I've not touched Eco whatsoever since I tried it for first time as it isn't responsive enough.... Understandably!

Which oil are people using to top up the 245? Dealership told me any brand as long as its 5w 30..... Is this true as I read somewhere that the 2.0 TSI unit can be 0w 20 too?

I like the sound on my 245 too, mostly have the sound on sport and dcc on comfort with the Drive on normal!

I can only say that I couldn't live without dcc on mine but it is dsg. Sport is great for the 'moments' but 90% time the suspension is in comfort mode on mine.

Wouldn't the sport setting on dcc be the same as no dcc? In which case I'd get dcc for sure.

For those that didn't spec the spare wheel, are you supposed to get a puncture repair kit with the car? I cannot find one anywhere including under the carpet in the boot compartment. Should I chase the dealer or was this an option which I missed??

I ordered in July, 10 weeks later I took delivery. Originally I was told Dec, then revised to October then September delivery so it may reduce as you go further into the process I guess.

Picking up the 245 on Weds, 10 weeks from order date which I am very pleased with. What have people been told about running the engine in so far? Is it the usual varied rpm for first 1000 miles?

Wouldn't buy a car without DSG now having had it on my Tiguan and specced on my soon to be 245
