    Vehicle: Skoda Rapid NA2 Background Story: When i try to start the car, battery charge was very low, heared some weak cranking and it stops suddenly. After that i charged the battery with external charger. Issue: Now the car is not even cranking, there is no self motor relay click sound, looks like it's going into to a locking state.
