I have an engine management light comes on and when I check code comes with P0684 Glow plug control module to PCM communication circuit range performance I can't find any issues with the car as it starts and drives as normal but sometimes when I start it will come on again. Does anyone have any ideas as my local garage has not? I can't find any information about this on the web Any advice be helpful and appreciated as always

Hello my Octavia Vrs tdi was driving great and all of a sudden stopped and would not start again, it keeps turning over but will not catch so I left it and came back a few hours later, eventually it started but ran uneven and only drove about 50 yards and stopped and will not start since, a friend put the code reader on it and comes up with p2030 code but unfortunately it covers everything on the fuel system. Main dealers have been less than helpful but my local mechanic advised me to spray easy start into the air intake which I did and it started and ran for a little while so it seems that fuel is not getting up to the engine. So far have checked all fuses and relays that I could find under the dash and all are okay, also strange buzzing which sounds like near pump area with ignition on and doesn't go until ignition been turned off for a few mins. I wonder does anyone have any suggestions please? Thank you in advance for any help

Hello I've been following this for quite some time now since I've had my skoda Octavia vrs tdi 2007 model. The topics and information are very useful so thought it was about time I joined this forum . All cars have problems and small issues and hopefully I will be able to get some help with my problems and offer any advice that I can to others
