    Thanks for the information. I managed to overcome the problem by reformatting the card (FAT 32 with 4k segments)

    I have always carried out satnav updates without any issues but I have just tried to update to 2017-2018 (Octavia Amundsen). This download when unzipped is too large to fit on the SD card provided (8Gb). I have read that the system is matched to the SD card (MAC address?) so does anyone know how to get around this issue. Or will a new Skoda supplied SD card work? In my opinion the car should have come with a larger SD card given how large the images are!
