Not ticking noise or even there unless putting some drive through the gears

Hi when turning right and accelerating have noise from gearbox side, checked wheel bearing no play, not clicking like cv joint would dmf cause it when turning right ? Only does it when applying power does not do it turning and accelerating left. Thanks.

On 127000 was mapped by r tech at 68000 still on original clutch and turbo, has made siren sound especially from cold and on cold mornings for past two years lol -
