I had a similar problem on mine, the car was delivered in the December so really did not set the temp low until some nice weather appeared and then found it would just not cool and it sounded like a blockage behind the dash as no air came out of the front vents when cooler temps were selected. The garage eventually found the fault which was the flaps / motor which control the air behind the glove box.

Hi Had this problem on mine, turned out to be the roof switch. Lucky it was still in warranty so local skoda dealer sorted out for me.

After reading this thread I managed to find version 8348 on an auction site for £8 including the speed camera database. Map arrived on DVD and updated very easy.

I had purchased a multi fit rear seat cover on ebay made by http://www.townandcountrycovers.com/carseatcovers It has velcro fittings which will open and allow you to connect a dog harness to the seat belt connector. I have been pondering on which colour to go for when my current lease ends and have considering a L& K petrol DSG in magnetic brown. I came across this site whilst looking for better images of the brown and they have images of the cars in all the colours available although I think some may be enhanced somewhat but still maybe worth a look. Really interesting as I have been thinking of the possibility of changing the tyres to 45 rather than 40's. Seems to be a good choice of brand's on the net as well for this size.

Thanks for the advice rotodiesel, I have taken the trim off and it looks like the motor maybe stuck so it looks like a trip to the garage is on the cards.

Hello Everyone, My Superb has decided to not let me lock boot lid! It will just not lock which is worrying as my boot is now not secure. Does anyone know of a fix for this problem? Is there any guide on the net on how to take the mechanism apart? I have a feeling either the lock is broken or the solenoid has expired but hopefully it may just be a spring!
