@havik Did you press and hold long enough? If I remember right it was quite some time before the reboot started. Typically more than 15 seconds.

Press and hold the top and bottom button on the RH side of the screen until the unit reboot. (NAV and MENU). Hope this help you out, It did the trick for me. PS: this was on a 2014 unit. Have no android auto on mine....

I had the exact same problem in my Oct III Columbus. I called my home dealer in Norway and got a button combination to press and hold until it rebooted. This did the trick, but now I cannot remember the combination of buttons to press. Anyone who knows? It is the type with the disc slot and SD card slots in the glove compartment.
