  1. Sorry, I did react to your reply you put at the time. I don’t always have time to check the page. Anyway, the car made 180bhp and 325lbft of torque. 149bhp at the wheels. I appreciate the replies
  2. So I’ve got a vrs, mapped to 180bhp with supporting mods for more than that but I’m happy with that for now. I have 312mm brakes on the car, but standard suspension. To be honest it handles like a boat! I’m looking to stiffen the car up a bit, I don’t go mad when driving or go on track so I don’t need to pile thousands into making it handle amazing. Just looking for something a bit better than standard. I also don’t want it really low. I’m wanting a drop of around 25/30mm at most. I was going to get eibach 25mm lowering springs, will standard shocks be okay with these? The front shocks are brand new I should add. What else can I get to stiffen it up, RARB, strut braces, polybush mounts? I will be fitting Octavia spiders on in the new year too, any tyre recommendations? Not a millionaire either so I can’t afford to pay a massive amount for tyres haha! Thanks
  3. The remap that's on it is for a pd160 hybrid and the car is overboosting causing it to go into limp mode on start up. I bought the car as it is as the lad never got round to mapping the pd150 turbo in
  4. I have a special edition fabia vrs. Its going to RS tuning in Leeds for a remap on Tuesday, just wondering what the estimated figures will be? mods; pd150 turbo. egr delete. straight through standard exhaust. Darkside fmic. Darkside harpipes. Uprated clutch.

  6. I want another remap cos there's no proof with it and it doesn't run right. Goes into limp mode on startup sometimes. Also, I know it's dyno, my iPhone auto correct got involved didn't it hahaha!
  7. Hi, I've got a pd130 vrs, bought the car with the knowledge but no proof that it's "around 200bhp". The car has; pd150 turbo staright through exhaust darkside downpipe egr delete uprated clutch and flywheel darkside hardpipes darkside FMIC im wanting to get the car remapped again and on a dunno so I know what it runs. I was told it has a map on it from a pd160 hybrid turbo set up. Im from Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Where is a good place to take it? Got a budget of around £300/£350. Thanks
  8. Where will the map sensor be please? I honestly know very little about them. I'm more into my motorbikes so I don't know a lot about cars haha
  9. Where would you recommend to go for a remap? I'm from Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Don't mind travelling for a good, proper map though
  10. I was told by narco, dark side and derv tech that the original map sensor will be more than enough for a pd150 turbo. So should I do the egr delete and get a map suited for my engine put on?
  11. EDIT: the car has not got an EGR delete. Could getting an EGR delete help the problem? Also, where is the MAP sensor please?
  12. I have just plugged my OBD2 reader in and it's showing the code p0236. What is this please?
  13. Hi, new to the diesel/pd130 world! I recently bought a mk1 SE Fabia vrs, I have been told it's around 200bhp. No printout to prove, I bought it from a friend though. The modifications this has are; PD150 turbo, darkside fmic, darkside hard pipes, egr delete, straight through standard exhaust, 312mm brakes and 256mm rears, new clutch and flywheel (unsure on what brand) and a remap that is copied off his PD160 hybrid Ibiza cupra that he had. Now if I start the car how it should be done, turning the key, waiting for the lights to go out then starting up, it sometimes starts in limp mode (no boost). However if I turn the key so the lights go out, flick it back off then turn the car on straight away it starts up fine. He told me it was cos the map sensor doesn't calibrate properly at first. Can anyone else help me out with this please? i don't want to be driving the car if it's going to damage it. Also, should I take it to somewhere like Narco or ##!!##h for a fresh remap putting on? I need help
