Hi all, Had an engine management light come on my 2006 petrol Octavia VRS recently, checked with a basic card reader and its given P0441 (EVAPORATIVE EMISSION SYSTEM INCORRECT PURGE FLOW) got a couple of other issues with it which are 'mayo' under the oil cap and a whistle type noise under hard acceleration.. So just wondering what are common fixes for this, replacing N80 valve seems to be common first step just wanted to check if anyone has had this issue and it hasnt been N80? car is a pre face life VRS, Remapped, open cone filter and miltek turbo back exhaust these issues more common in mapped vehicles? thanks all

Sorry to hijack another thread but looking to do the same, 06 Octvia VRS, looking to put an aftermarket Head unit in but unsure of couple of bits... what facia plate would be needed? what ISO loom adapter is needed? and does this vary between headunits?? this is the type (maybe even exact) unit im going for. http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/head-units/double-din/pioneer-fh-x730bt any help greatly appreciated!!

Might have been asked a thousand times but vI've not quite found answer i/m looking for, looking to upgrade my 2006 Octavia VRS Stream stereo for something aftermarket, only real requirement is the play and control (pause, skip volume etc) spotify via the headunit for an android phone, so ideally connecting via USB cable for ease or bluetooth. Not bothered by navigation etc so a android unit is more than I need so looking for something fairly cheap and basic, and ideally easy for an amateur to fit! so anybody got any experience and recommendations of what to go for? thanks in advance!

Hi All, New VRS owner from Derby, bought this 06 plate MK2 Octavia last month, enjoying it so far, its got a couple of tasteful mods so far but looking to add a Bluetooth head unit and change the slightly worn gear know so any suggestions for either welcome! cheers
