  1. Is there a way via VCDS to enable "Drive Mode" in a Superb without this feature from factory ? One would like to be able to 'reduce' steering assist for example.
  2. Thanks for clarifying. Will search for MQB XDS activation ...
  3. Here's the info on my ABS controller. Need to dig out full scan later. Address 03: ABS Brakes (J104) Labels:. 5Q0-907-379-IPB-V1.clb Part No SW: 5Q0 614 517 CG HW: 5Q0 614 517 AG Component: ESC H62 0643 Revision: 00000000 Serial number: 60937000000878 Coding: 1D07929C34200B6C477D060940CB49B8492CD0E2600292352043F0044002420000000012121212B835351919323200 Shop #: WSC 33361 790 00000 ASAM Dataset: EV_Brake1UDSContiMK100IPB 036010 ROD: EV_Brake1UDSContiMK100IPB_036_SK37.rod VCID: 78A91614825156C7621-802C No fault code found.
  4. Could you post the steps to enable XDS on Superb using VCDS ? Is some specific ABS/ESC controller H/w required ? Thanks
  5. Hmmm, I checked again & I believe I posted the right Coding - Engine Controller 01, Coding 07, and Byte 0. In the drop down of VCDS, I did see the option to select 01 (01b)-Skoda/VW, and 02 (10b)-Audi, but the default value is 100b (or 4 for Bits 0-2)... You can see the same in the log of VCDS below: Address 01: Engine Control Module Part Number: 3G0 906 264 Component and/or Version: 1.8l R4 TFSI H13 0003 Software Coding: 0C1900122424040B3000 Thanks. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
  6. My MY18 Superb does not show 01b for Bit 0-1. It shows 100b for Bit 0-2, though VCDS in drop down only shows 01 - Skoda/VW, and 02-Audi as options. Has the coding changed ? Thanks.
  7. My Superb III has the above options deactivated in stock form. Will activating the above options work for Driver Fatigue detection, or some HW module is necessary ? Thanks.
  8. I bought a MY2018 Superb Style in India. It has the 8" Amundsen system, and though the manual says Amundsen has WiFi, there is no WiFi hotspot, and neither any menu option for WLAN. Is this something hidden by VCDS programming (assuming manual is correct) ?
  9. I am hoping someone can throw some light on this topic, Thanks.
  10. @Farmerp2005 I was curious if you found out about the details (HW + SW) on the ambient lighting strips. I bought a Superb Style in India, and it does not have the Ambient lighting option ...
