  1. Noup, connected only outer bulb and that’s it
  2. Of course the beam pattern can't be like one form projectors... Look at the beam from standard halogen headlight with standard halogen bulb... pattern is pretty much same as pictures above
  3. Yes, first plan was to retrofit oem projectors instead of halogen heads, but it seems to be much more expensive and complicated then i thought... As i know, led bulbs are not made for projector lens, only for halogen headlight but a lot of stuff is crap, i tried the cheap one from aliexpress and the beam was terrible so i throw them away... BUT!! Few days ago, friend of mine put Erfolg LED h7 bulbs in his golf mk6 halogen headlight, here are the link and pictures... http://erfolgled.com/en/homepage/ Beam pattern is great as you can see, and he says that light output and visibility is great... The price is around 100€/pair of H7 and may be a little expensive for "two bulbs" but i think i'll give it a try... I know that projector headlight look much better on the car but at least no more yellow light with these LED's
  4. Tnx for the info, it's a bit complicated than for Golf mk5 If i decide to go for that, i''ll contact you for more help And at the end, did you instal them?
  5. Hi guys, Does anyone retrofited front headlights from halogens to xenon with led DRL's on O3 2014.? Can't find anything on forum... Thnx!
  6. Rear is still non-RS, only diffuser is painted in gloss black
  7. Ok, I'll try and if i figure something, i'll post here...
  8. Thats's ok for me... Now they are coded as you said (work all the time on 30%), the only difference is that i don't have menu to adjust them... So that is what i look for, if anyone knows how to enable the menu?
  9. Hi guys, I have US mod coded on my O3, but it would be fun to have a menu for turning on and off, and adjusting it... Like on this video... But i couldn't find anything about how to code the menu... If anyone could help? Thanks
  10. Thanks! It's hard to wait for warmer weather to put all parts on :(
  11. Yes, agree!! What is the price for the flat bottom steering in UK?
  12. Great project, lot of money and quality parts in it! Car looks great, except front lip on bumper, too much for me
  13. Hi guys, Recently i bought a "new" family which has to replace previous Golf Mk5 2.0 TDI... Immediately after purchase i knew which way will it go, OEM+, like the Mk5 was... So let's start with new one... Škoda Octavia 5E 1.6 TDI, 77kW, 2014.g Elegance equipment 127.000 km on clock First off all was taking care of ugly yellow bulbs all around, so i replace them all with LED, interior, trunk, licence plate and puddle light And of course VCDS tweeks: - Start & Stop OFF - Cornering lights - DRL's in fog light - Both rear fog lights active - Mirror dip in reverse - vRS start up logo on Bolero and Maxidot - Needle sweep/test - Stopwatch on maxdot - Refuel quantity - USA mode in turn signal - TPMS activation - Locking horn confirmation Few weeks later, a light detailing was done before winter... Decontamination with clay bar And final result... Also engine bay was awful and need some cleaning... Interior shoot after cleaning... Also had few dents on exterior so i drove it to the PDR guy to remove it Enough of boring pictures, let's make some fun, NEW PAAARTS FK Coils... vRS bumper ...and accessories... ...and brand new Veemann VFS-25 19x8,5 Immediately coated with Gyeon RIM Some testing on rainy day That's all for now, sadly waiting for warmer days to mount coillovers and wheels on car... Hope you like it
  14. Here is mine on... Veemann VFS-25 8.5x19 ET42 225/35/19 Nankang NS-20 Think it will be perfect when i put FK coils on it, hope it won’t rub in front...
  15. Yes, they do, but i can’t remember when i was using them last time... Strong fog isn’t so common here in Zagreb, Croatia But if i’ll need them, they will work like they do now, everything on the one bulb, fog, DRL and cornering
  16. Hi guys, if anyone is looking for led’s for trunk, this one are great... pure white color, without any blue-ish color and also high power! https://m.aliexpress.com/item/2036929238.html?spm=a2g0n.orderList.0.0.16fff8e4Aqupy3 Now i’m looking for something like that, but less power, for footwell and roof (ambient) lighting... Few days back i received some leds and they were a little blueish, so i put them away, now i’m waiting for other package, hope they will be pure white as i want... if anyone have sugestion i’d like to here it
  17. Tnx! Something went wrong with pic in previous post so here it goes again
  18. I did mine few days ago... previous owner did’t have OCD like i do... Few brushes, APC and pressure washer Only cover ECU and fusebox...
  19. Thank you, coding is not a problem as i have VCDS, so the wiring is what bothers me Thank you! Yes probably they didn't change wiring, and only connect inner bulb...that's also my plan if all of this with harness will be to complicated, because i only use fog so DRL-s and for cornering Here is post for coding cornering on vRS and non vRS models, maybe you can check your settings, because i think every 5E has that option, so you just need to code it and it will work...of course, DRL's, fogs, and cornering will work only on inner bulb but who cares Hope today i'will check if there is available channel adaptation in my module to code outer bulb, so if i find harness to replace it with my non vRS harness, i can code it... If there is not available channel for coding, i wont bother with harnesses any more, and will connect it like yours
