Thanks in advance .The cruise control on my 2014 Octavia Vrs 2.0D Dsg has just stopped working .What I know so far is the switch on the indicator stork has stopped working and the green circle is no longer coming upon in the maxi dot display. Anything thing I should check first before I dive in .

about to do a service on my 2014 mk3 octavia vrs diesel all the motor factors quote two different types of fuel filter 1 for filter housing without water-sensor 2 for filter housing with water-sensor. How can I tell the difference or is there any difference?

They trying to con you thats serious garage bull **** all four springs my back side .I would get a second opinion and never go near that mot station again.Use your local council mot station if you can no BS it's ever a pass or a fail.I know it was advisery but really.

If you're unsure about what pads are fitted what I would do is buy from Gsf or Euro parts preorder all the brake pads that may fit .Remove one set of brake pads and take them with you to check .I've bought the Wong pads before and and it's a pain going back.Have look to see what make of pads have been fitted that may help .

I would always first measure your Disks before buying any . Euro parts own brand Brake pads Eicher are made by the Same British company that make Mintex brake pads so don't be put of with the low price.

I understand that a car fitted with a Dpf you should not see any smoke what so ever out of the exhaust.

They don't have a great reputation for giving you a fair price for your car.
