  1. Because I didn't trust the dynos. Or should I say, the first dyno.
  2. I think it can vary from car to car and manufacturer to manufacturer. I had a bog standard Mini Cooper S 175bhp dyno'd on 3 separate dyno's and produced circa 193bhp on all 3. My dad also had his brand new Mercedes C250 dyno'd a few years ago and it underperformed by 7bhp. Im sure I read somewhere that manufacturers have to produce engines that will work all over the world - so in different temperatures, different heights, different climates etc. So that could cause some variation. Not 100% sure though
  3. Pretty sure you cant do any of that sort of stuff!
  4. I guess it for traffic updates etc? And Skoda Connect but I heard that its rubbish. I use my MIFI in my BMW for Spotify and Traffic updates. Oh and Online radio
  5. With my 245 I just bought one of those MIFI devices on a Three contract for £8 a month with 20gb data. Kept it plugged into the power socket and it did the same job
  6. In regards to WIFI - you will only have it if you have the upgraded Nav system - cant remember what its called sorry. And even then you will need to put a sim in to the car. There is a slot in the glove box
  7. That doesnt sound right at all....The lowest I ever got was 14mpg and that was sitting in solid traffic for an hour and a half.
  8. I agree with this - the sound from the speakers is horrible
  9. Only half decent noise I ever got from mine was when I let my mate do a drive-by at full chat (Yes it was on a genuinely private road) and when he downshifted it made a couple of pops. Deffo wasn't a "DSG Fart" though
  10. They also dont happen Never heard it "Fart" on my DSG
  11. Mine got a bit louder after around 1k miles but it was still rather quiet
  12. Just extensions. Cant replace them as they are just buttons really
  13. Is that over 2 years? I paid something like £120 for 2 years so you can probably get it cheaper
  14. Mine was driven up from London. Approx 110 miles all together. It arrived filthy but I gave it a good look over and it was fine
  15. Cant remember but the franchise had lambos and all sorts. Just checked autotrader and its no longer on there :(
  16. Doesnt happen to be my old one does it lol? Think mine was up for that much
  17. Yeah, its a pain in the backside to fit. Jack the car up, whack it on axle stands and remove the front under tray - that will make it easy for you to access the lower boost sensor. All other sensors are easy to locate and access.
  18. One thing I hated with stop start was how long it took to unlock the steering wheel once it had restarted. There were a few times where I was waiting to pull out of a junction or car park and have done so quickly and the steering wheel hadn't unlocked in time, meaning i momentarily went straight instead of left/right.
  19. Pretty yes, but I must admit, I dont miss her! I would personally say no to wind deflectors? Feel like they wont suit the 245
  20. Here you go then! https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201802043399109?make=SKODA&model=OCTAVIA&logcode=p
  21. Am I allowed to link on here? If not, search auto trader - reg is HN67
