Sold the Fabia so have the crossbars for sale. Rubbers are full and intact, with all end caps, two keys and instructions. Has a few marks from use but in good condition otherwise. Located in Brigg but could potentially post. £60 Can send photos via email

I have one and the roof doesn’t make it any hotter in my opinion. If it was turn AC on. The car is pretty sporty when driving and my centre console is black as this was an option but became standard I thought with some colour options. Boot is very spacious compared to other manufacturers, although I have an estate version. As a tallish person (6’ 2”) I do find some difficulty getting over the seat bolster when entering/exiting the car to be honest, unless the seat is further back. I’ve also wondered about the rear windows but I guess another motor and fixtures adds extra weight and cost overall

Fabia Monte Carlo MKIII Towbar
petereggington replied to DJFern94's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk III (2014-2021)
Can’t have the sunglasses case as the panoramic roof prevents it. my dealer asked if I needed a tow bar as I have one on my Octavia which they fitted after I purchased the car, so should be doable -

No mine has matt black rails and the car is meteor grey . Definitely can’t have abox that big but been looking at s Thule Ocean 100 for size which I think will fit nicely and not look out of place on the Fabia! -

Mk3 Fabia Owners Register

I have a Fabia Monte Carlo Estate in Meteor Grey on 17” Savio Alloys. I think it was one of the last 1.2 TSi 6G engine and boxes. Picked up on 1st June 17, 2 weeks after arriving in the docks at Newcastle -
Looking to get a roofbox for my Monte Carlo and wondered what people were using on their Estates/MC’s. Don’t really want it to hang over the front too much as I’ve read this is not ideal but would also like the boot to fully open. what sizes/ makes and models have you got installed? Pictures would be great too to compare!

Do you have the light sensor already as I think it needs this for the auto lights to work

Towbar Removal

No, as it was fitted by the dealer I guess it just got tossed in the spares area! Is this something that I could buy perhaps? -
Towbar Removal
petereggington replied to petereggington's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
What would this sticker say on it to check? i watched a couple of time lapse vids showing bumper off, lights out, l/h interior boot side (I assume this is where wiring hides). My only concern is getting an error on dash if I do this. If it did indeed have two bar prep would this then not need any programming -
Towbar Removal
petereggington replied to petereggington's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
Cheers, this was fitted using dedicated wiring at double the cost you were quoted so if it’s poss me to get it removed I will. Not sure if the bumper has been cut as it a bottom entry removable type but will have to check. I seem the think i will have to remove bumper to get it off and possibly some inside trim to get to the wiring! -
Hi, Had a towbar fitted by the main dealer (Westfalia Detatchable one). My car will shortly be due back to the dealer as it’s on PCP and wondered if anyone has a how to guide on removing the towbar? I paid for it so technically belongs to me and not the Finance company. is it just a case of removing and unclipping things, or will programming need to be done too?

Many pictures of the front and back showing the overhang? Are you also using the 757 Footpack with these?
