I’m 100% sure it’s the the back part of the dash. I have another video where you can actually see it bouncing up and down. It is that nothing else because I’ve had everything out including air bag the full lot. Just need to know if there is some sort of clip/clips at the back somewhere that may have popped open.

Hi, I’m having issues when going over uneven/bumpy roads, the back of the dash right below the window vibrates really bad. I fitted powerflex bushes and powerflex dogbone engine mount a while ago, and the engine mount caused the rattle in the first place so I took it out along with the bushes and replaced them back to standard. but the vibration still happens, Just wondering if it may have unclipped it. The rattle I’m experiencing which is, downshifting and going over rough roads/speed bumps is down to a poly disc in the gear box. RTMG performance told me this information and said there isn’t anything to worry about, you can get a new one under warranty but if not then just got to live with it. No updated parts and nothing you can do to stop it.

Where about is this bracket you think it could possibly be? Could I check it myself by just jacking up the car as I don’t have Ramps or anything?

Offski, the garage I took it to think it’s the gearbox Mount under the battery tray. But everything is solid and no play at all. Car is 2014 had all the recalls and everything needed by skoda. Can’t be the heat shield because I’ve taken that off a while ago. And the garage also said they looked at all the brackets and said they are all fine. It’s a 4 year old car they shouldn’t have brackets breaking yet is what the garage replied.

Anybody still getting this noise? What work did people have carried out to fix this problem.

Hi, recently getting a tinny metal noise coming from the passenger side front wheel on my 2013 Fabia vrs. It occurs when I go over speed bumps, rough roads and pot holes.
