Slight update checked what I think would be the fuse and that's fine. Car unlocks with the key every time but unlocks twice, then when I turn on ignition it unlocks twice again

Yes tried that same issue

Correct but it's intermittent there have been occasions when it wont even lock using the key fob and i have to use the key

It will lock with the fob say 1 out of 5 times but wont deadlock at all

Ive got a really odd issue at the moment, my car wont deadlock at all and will every now and again using my key fob. When i get it my car as soon as turn on the ignition i hear the door locks operate, it's really odd. I've changed the battery in the key fob today and the issue is still there, absolutely at a loss, only thing i have checked yet is the fuses. Any help much appreciated.

Are these the right plugs? No mention of them being platinum tipped?

The drilled and grooved Mtec discs are really well priced, anybody got any experience of them? I'm currently running standard discs and mintex pads but the discs are a bit hammered so due a change soon.

This is going to sound like a stupid one but how do you fit a license plate holder? License plate has fallen off so got a plate holder but there are Just 2 white grommets so don't know how to attach.

Has anybody ever used the AEM OBDII Gauge below? http://www.aemelectronics.com/?q=products/gauges/digital-gauges/x-series/obdii I already use the torque pro app which is great but this gauge would give me the freedom to use my phone as a sat nav

Got a really strange bluetooth issue with my RNS315 at the moment. It will connect for phone calls but not media streaming, but if i unpair and then connect the device again to the point of having to re-enter the passcode, it works for media streaming. As soon as i turn off the car and back on again i'm back to square one.

I have a full turbo back custom exhaust on mine no centre silencers, just straight pipe to back box. It sounds brilliant, naturally it drones a bit on the motorway but around town If your just pottering about it sounds stock

Just retro fitted an RNS315

Has anyone ever managed to retrofit a reversing camera to a MKII Fabia VRS? I have seen some genuine VW ones but I have never seen any examples where they have been successfully fitted to a MKII Fabia VRS

Yes it will work fine, I recently retrofitted an rns315 and retrofitted the microphone and gps to my 2011 mk2 fabia vrs. The unit I got was out of a 2014 fabia vrs. Steering wheel controls worked instantly. Only things that I may get coded are the phone menu on maxidot and turn by turn directions

Where abouts in Manchester are you Mate?

Is there anybody in the north west that can code in turn by turn directions and the phone menu on the maxi dot for me?

My understanding is that all cars have to be able to display both mph and kph under an EU rule. Due to the fact the the speedo in the fabia only shows MPH they have to show KPH on the maxidot display.

I might be being stupid here but i'm struggling to get music to stream via bluetooth to my RNS315. I'm using a galaxy note8 and have tried streaming from both spotify and google music but still no luck. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong. I have fed through the green block to the quadlock but I can't get it to fit in the hole were it goes. Am I doing something wrong?
