  1. Hi guys, this topic make me interested in how to get into a dashboard fuse box if I will ever need it to. So I look at it and made some pictures for others to show how to open. You will need small flat screwdriver to unlock securing tab located on top in the middle. When you manage this, than lid will open down and can be removed completely. After that you can remove white bracket clip for fuses removal, located on bottom behind fuse box. Access to this box is pretty terrible, so I wish you good luck. I managed to open and surprisingly it looks like almost half of fuses are missing. For example no. 47 witch is air blower for air conditioning/heating is not there, like many others. Does anyone know why is that and can some of you check on yours and post picture to compare? I have 2017 SE-L, so there may be some differences between trims
  2. I did try to plug it in today but LED didn't work, so I'm giving up on these. I don't know if it's just faulty or cheap Chinese item. Most likely it's me, not good enough, to make it work as I'm not an electrician 😉
  3. You can also check on these German deflectors from ClimAir. They cost a little more than Heko, but quality is on another level. https://www.amazon.co.uk/ClimAir-CLI0033731-Deflectors-Pieces-Perspex/dp/B00CXO1PTQ
  4. I managed to take it out today, but it's not very easy. Had to start from a front and continue back where are three lock points on each side. I ordered mirror switch for VW Polo 6r6RD959565B from eBay, so I will update it later how it is going.
  5. Hi guys, does anyone know how to remove door switches panel? I would like to change mirror switch for illuminated one, and maybe windows switches as well. I couldn't find any manual to help with this task. I did try to lift it from the back side with a trim removal tool, but with no success.
  6. It’s almost 5 months since I’m using Pingi dehumidifier and with good results. In last couple of weeks, when temperature went down to 0 over night, I had to clean the windscreen from ice on the outside couple of times. But inside is always nice and dry.Today I did dry both bags for the first time in a microwave. After that I left them out for about 15 minutes to cool them down as they were very hot.Now they are back in the car ready for the job again.
  7. Hi Brad and welcome, I have SE-L with 75HP engine with extras as climate control air-con, maxi-dot trip computer, floor mats, variable boot floor, spare wheel and privacy glass.I added some important extras after getting a new car and that was mud flaps, centre arm rest, rear wheel housing mudguards (from vw Up!) and carpet in the boot.I would recommend that you could save some cash on engine as 60 and 75 have the same torque of 95 N.m.So there is not much difference between them on the road! Also SE-L come with lower suspension an 15”alloy wheels as standard witch make driving comfort a bit harder. On my experience I love maxi dot and climate control.Variable boot floor is good if you need more load space and it will make nice flat floor with rear seats down.If I could choose again than I will stay with those extras I have but with standard suspension and 14 alloys. If you need more power with almost identical car than is worth to check on VW Up! Tsi versions.
  8. Very nice car,I’m a bit jealous now. It’s a shame that Volkswagen is not allowing Škoda to do Citigo VRS with the same engine! Many will buy it I believe!I did a 1000 miles trip to Czech Republic few months ago and I really enjoyed but more power would be handy for safer overtakeing ,especially when I stuck behind long truck on a B road!
  9. Hi I both mine SE-L Citigo in 2017 in ivory and I have MFSW as standard! I have checked my configuration which I saved and it’s also mentioned just “leather steering wheel” in extras and nothing about MFSW. You can see all standard equipments on website,so don’t worry it will be there! https://www.skoda.co.uk/new-cars/citigo/citigo-5-door-se-l
  10. Hello Citigo lovers, as I couldn’t find much help on adding extra door seals in this forum,so I was looking for some answers elsewhere. This is how I ended up. Front edge on front doors: Z shape door rubber seal need less than 2 metres Front edge on rear doors: Small D-type rubber seal 9x10mm need less than 2 metres Bottom edge front and rear doors: P-type rubber seal about 5 metres (have to cut holes for drainage channels!) Around doors: Big D-type rubber seal 12x14mm 4 metres each door Front edge off a bonnet: used rest of Big D-type seal Say goodbye to dirty door steps!
  11. Hi guys I think I have found it. Switch number on etka is 3B0 941 531 Number showing from seller is 3BD 941 531 It’s very good price if you think that you can only get light sensor with citi save and rain sensor pack for £355 when ordering new citigo! Will definitely put on my “want to do list” Many thanks Citigopher! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Chrome-AUTO-Headlight-Switch-Light-Sensor-Module-Kit-For-Skoda-Fabia-07-14/162770388031?hash=item25e5df043f:g:YIoAAOSwduNZvImF
  12. Hi guys, I have the same radio and it’s not so difficult to save stations. You can save up to 12 stations under FM1,2 and 3 (yellow circle) - to access FM menu press arrow down button (red circle) - to save station press and hold button 1 - 12(green circle) until you hear beep Good luck
  13. No jetwash,no shampoo, just 2 buckets of clean water, some towel for cleaning and chamois leather to dry.Job done in half an hour. But that polishing early on took me almost three hours
  14. I've polished my car 3 weeks ago with nano foam.Today I've clean it with just a water,it was very easy and it's looking beter than new! How do you treat your car?Do you use clasic wax polish or something else like me?
