Lost key and fob for my Octavia 2017. Skoda agency supplied re-coded key (£72). Insurance company says notwithstanding this, I have to replace all locks and unless this is done, it will be on my present, and any future insurance record - regardless of which company. This, of course, would hike any premium. Skoda agency then supplied quotation (£1,099) for full lock replacement, including door barrel, ignition and recoding of new keys. Would have thought new door barrel, manual key plus new ignition lock and key would suffice - or am I wrong? Any comments will be very much appreciated.
