Just wanted to say BIG hello from Kent to the forum that convinced me to buy a 2016 Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo 1.4TDI 105. (Hopefully will be able to add a picture to the post.) I have been a member on previous Owner's Group sites and it's nice to see a grown up one. I poured through the various posts in the Fabia Mk3 section and found them all immensely helpful! Thank you!!
After owning Audi's and VW's, I have always looked at Skoda from afar and thought 'Why not?' Well I have bitten the bullet and bought one... Took it on a 'lengthy' test drive and really liked it! Not as quick as I'm used to, but never the less a lovely drive. It was fun, spirited in its own way and just kept on going on the £7 worth of diesel the garage put in! I couldn't fault it...
If anyone recognises the car I would appreciate any information you know about it... Or if you used to own it, get in touch and say Hi It's currently in at a Skoda dealership having it's 20,000 mile / 2nd service and I pick it up on the 9th Jan! Can't wait!
