It's a 2014 so does this mean the water pump is OK? It has 37000 mile on it

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F182065582990 Thinking of getting these instead of xtremes... Thoughts?

I have mk1 Fabia vrs at the minute, lowered on coilovers, the ground clearance is rubbish, I keep thinking I'm going to rip my sump off...
-
That's the look I'll be after, with the xtremes or an aftermarket wheel, what is the clearance like underneath? Can you negotiate speed bumps OK?

Cheers

Does anyone know if there is a difference in suspension (spring size) from a mk 3 vrs estate fitted with 18 inch and 19 inch wheels, Thinking of buying a one but prefer the 19's. The 19's seem to fill the arches better that's all, was wondering if there is a difference in suspension between the Two? Was going to buy a estate with the 18s and fit aftermarket 19 inch wheels and didn't want it to ride too high...
