  1. Thanks for the responses. Inspired to to RTFM! "■ Key not found. or No Key: This message is displayed when you wish to start the engine and the system cannot detect a valid key in the vehicle. This can occur if the key is outside the vehicle, the battery in the key is discharged, the key is defective or the electromagnetic field is strongly disturbed. This message is also displayed when the ignition is switched on or the engine is running and the system cannot detect a valid key in the vehicle." So looks like it could either be a dodgy key or something disturbing the magnetic field. I shall try using the spare key for a time to see if it happens again.
  2. Hi all! My Superb (with KESSY) has started randomly saying "Key not found!" While I'm sat in the car with the key in my pocket. The buttons on the fob still work and to date it's "found" the key within a minute or so. I'm just worried it's going to get to the point where it won't be able to find it! When it first started happening I changed the battery in the fob, but that doesn't seem to have altered the situation. Anyone got any ideas?
