  1. Just the once, I am normally more cautious these days. I believe it to be caused due to the imbalance of tyre rotation speed between each wheel. I may just be deluded though🙂
  2. I have done it and it happened.
  3. How about this? If you pull away rapidly and one of the front wheels spin, then the Tpms will throw up a fault.
  4. Yes 3 years was the deal and very good service in my experience.
  5. Due for a service on Monday I'll ask to have it checked out. Passed the MOT. I realise that service should ideally come before MOT, I blame the Pandemic!
  6. Old post maybe but still relevant. My car goes in for MOT tomorrow and I was worried about excessive movement of hand brake but the post by abaday789 saved the day! The adjustment nut had not loosened but of course the cable had stretched. A little spanner work and the hand brake operates without excessive play. My thanks to the OP.
  7. Perhaps if you had put your second post first you would now be happier?
  8. My thoughts are with your daughter, she completes a night shift then has to go to school, what kind of upbringing is this!
  9. Do you have Android auto app on your phone?
  10. I had looked at the owners handbook online but it did not give any info on the stand positioning. I think I will have a good look underneath and see if there is a suitable cross member. If it comes to the worst, I'll see if I can get both Jack and stand very close together. Thanks for your input.
  11. Hi People, I will be removing the front wheel and can see that it is recommended that the jacking point is under the sill. All fine so far but I then want to insert an axle stand and remove the jack. Where for to place the axle stand as the jacking point is already in use? Your help will be appreciated, Cheers.
  12. May you continue to enjoy your new car and get great value from it.
