  1. Sadly my roomster has failed it's mot and after 17 years it's given up the ghost. It had fsh, a new cam belt service and steering rack last year but now needs 800 to 1000 of repairs and I'm finally saying goodbye to it. Every year seems to get more expensive and I just can't justify it anymore. It's been a great car, still drives nicely and because I've kept putting money into it I'm reluctant to just send it to scrap. Is there a better way to get rid of it where someone can actually make use of the good bits or get it back up and running?
  2. That's great. Thank you
  3. Thanks for the info. Is it easy and cheap or mechanic worthy and expensive?
  4. Yesterday my headlights were fine, today they don't work, when I turn the lights on only the drivers side side lamp comes on, passenger side light, both headlamps and main beams don't work at all. Hazards, rear lights, indicators, brake lights are all fine. Any ideas? It could be the passenger side light was already out but both headlamps definitely worked yesterday. Could both bulbs have died at the same time? Fuse or the actual headlamp switch? Any help appreciated before I start taking eveything out and replacing them one by one? Thanks.
  5. It's 2007,57 reg. When I've searched the reg on suppliers sites, it says either H4 or H7!
  6. Can anyone tell me what replacement bulbs I need please? I can't seem to tell if it's H4 or H7. I've attached a picture, if I remove the bulb there's no markings on it... TIA
