  2. Hi, Both passenger doors are controlled by a module inside front passenger door. It that module fails , both door won't work. It's a known issue with the front doors cable loom that will fail / splice the cables which in turn make the modules work with interruptions .
  3. Can you tell me what option in that coding needs to be changed? It has many differences to mine and I would like to change only what needs to disable ESP . Sadly my VCDS is older and it doesn't have descriptions for this coding. Thanks.
  4. the coding changes the temperature when will SS be available to smth. that will never be fulfilled . MFD is the screen in front of the steering wheel, where you have the nr of km / miles . There sould be in the top corner the letter S cutout . I don't have any sounds with this coding changed.
  5. Nope, the button will be disabled ( no light ) . With this codding it'll never fulfill all the condition for the ECU to activate start/stop , so it'll be disabled ( icon in MFD )
  6. I don't know , maybe . Are you sure the coding changed? maybe it's the old code. Also be sure to take the key out after changing the code to be sure the module will restart.
  7. On my 2014 FL , the changed code 002000 into 292029 works. SS disabled.
  8. It's smth. about the temperature interval from which start/stop will be activated. Changing to 292029 will set the temperature interval to smth extreme which will never be accomplished.
  9. No, it'll stay off . This codding will just make one condition not be fulfilled and start/stop will be disabled.
  10. No, I still have the regenerative braking with start/stop disabled. I've posted a solution for the those who want to disable start/stop as mikkelvitus was trying to do.
  11. Regarding Start/Stop , for my 2014 FL 170 4x4 dsg the following works: VCDS - 19 Gateway -> (Long) adaption -> channel 13 -> change code 002000 into 292029
  12. From pab567 I have Amundsen MIB STD2 PQ ( 5L0035680E ) with that usb / 3.5 jack socket ( 5Q0035726 / 5Q0035724 )
  13. Same here ( 2014 , 170CR, DSG ) , hill hold wasn't activated , 5 minutes with vcds and hill hold woks ( also activated XDS ).
  14. My car does the same thing. Tried to lubricate using some silicon spray with the window down spraying on the sides of the window where it slides down, didn't work. Took the door panel out but then I saw that I have to take down the metal sheet that holds motor / wires and got scared not to mess/broke smth.
  15. Do you have the manual or just the pages related to this?
  16. The service recommends to have it at the "marked point" not offset. The engine starts and runs ok. I have the CR engine 170hp 4x4 .
  17. I see , so you think that I should go to service to put the high presure pump back as it was? ( 3 notches back )
  18. Hi, Changed today the cambelt at 152.000 km just to be sure there are no surprises and service said that the high preasure pump was offset by 3 teeth. The car had the ea189 fix 5 months ago. Is this normal? It's part of the ea189 fix?
