I am just coming up to 12 months ownership and had this complaint since day 1. My old Superb worked perfectly with Departure Planner. I now have a smart plug with the 2KW cable to schedule my charging for overnight :-( The last update I received from Skoda was back in April. "Our development team is actively working on improvements, including the ability to set departure times, create charging plans, and enable pre-conditioning of the vehicle. These features are in development and will be made available in a future update. We will promptly inform you once these functions become available."
