Novice question I have a 2016 petrol VRS with the larger (340mm?) front discs and HR springs I was thinking of getting some winter/all season tyres, it's winter down here in NZ. I've seen a set of 18" audi rims: 5 x 112, 8j x 18 ET 39 These have a set of nice condition Michelin winter tyres fitted, 245/45/18. I presume the 45 profile/aspect ratio will make the circumference too big for the arches and foul the steering (as well as giving an incorrect speed reading). Is that correct?

Have they sent you a non-VRS one by mistake? I understand the rear bumpers are different; would the sensors be higher on the VRS one due to the 15mm drop below normal suspension height?

+1 I have a quartz grey estate too, the black badges look terrific. Is there a black VRS logo, too? Might have to get the tailpipes powder coated now...

I want to lower my 2016 petrol VRS estate. I understand it's 15mm lower than the standard Octavia. I'd like to lower it another 25mm. Could somebody confirm whether this is the right part No: 28833-2 Cheers
