Had the update on Friday, so far no issue. Hopefully it’ll stay like that. Does anyone know what the update does? If they’ve ‘fixed’ the problem by turning things off then thats not a real fix.

I’ve got the same issue. Was told that it’s the steering wheel replaced. They told me it was on order in May but hadn’t heard anything. Emailed them today and been told that Skoda have issued a recall for the fault and it’s a software update. I’ve got it booked in, so let’s see if it works. Not holding my breath.

Sorry for not getting back to you soon, I've not even been able to think about this until now. Thanks for the help. I didn't even think that it might have been a common problem so hadn't search the forum for it.

My boys have managed to brake one of the rear vents. Is it possible to replace it, and if so how and where do I get one from?
