I'm affraid we did the same but bought a 3008 GT-LINE. Glad we did in a way because loads of extras included that we would of had to pay for on the Karoq. And it's a better looking car!!

Yes we did and not really that concerned as we very rarely carry anyone one in the back seats! Each to their own regarding various trims etc. However to get the same level of equipment on a Karoq would of cost a lot more than the 3008 was! Digital dash just being one thing! Any I hope you and myself enjoy our new purchases.

Sad because I had my heart set on a Karoq but can't wait till stated delivery times so today we signed on the dotted line for a 3008 Gt-line 1.5 diesel in Nimbus Grey. Sorry Skoda. 68 plate ready 1st Sept.

Not prepared to wait till Dec/Jan so going to have a look at a Peugeot Gt Line.

Is the trim around the wheel arches an optional extra?

We will be ordering 1.5 Se.L in that lovely colour in the next week or so! Were the mud flaps one of your extras?

Just to update on my previous posts. I received an email from my local Skoda dealership this morning! They inform me that i can order Karoq 1.5 TSI SE L 150PS Manual. Lead time will be 20 weeks so delivery around November/December. Would be 2019 spec. The digital dash would be an optional extra (price not known as yet). Edition trim has now been closed by the way.

I really don't know what to do now! Guess we may have to look at another manufacturer. We really wanted a Karoq but it's getting rather silly. Very disappointed.

This is getting ridiculous now! We had a test drive last weekend and was told we could put a £500 deposite down and they would submit our order when Skoda were accepting orders for the SE L 1.5. It would be on a 68 plate and have the new digital speedo etc.

Afternoon Ladies and Gents. Just a quick question to see what your thoughts are on the above title! Been reading various forums regarding Skoda not taking orders on the Karoq with certain engines etc. Not that i'm eligible to buy this way buy but why would Skoda offer nil deposit on a new Karoq on the Mobility scheme if there is a shortage of vehicles available! We are about to go and test drive a Karoq this weekend so we will see if we can actually place an order for one!

Didn't really go into much detail as my wife wasn't with me so thought we would go into exact price etc next time. He did say the paint would be more expensive though. As for spec he mentioned the new digital speedo.

I went into our local Skoda dealer yesterday and was told that if we order within the next 4-5 weeks for a SE-L 1.5 Petrol in Emerald Green we would have to wait till November but it would be the 2019 spec with new dash etc.
