  1. I have a tdi vrs and only go 10 miles to work, no issues with dpf so far. I try and go for a decent drive every now and again using vpower to give it a clean out.
  2. What a stunning car, looked great in the magazine. How is the ride on air ride out of interest?
  3. I had eagles on my focus st mk3 running approx 300bhp. They weren't the best terrible in the wet would spin up in 4th once worn to approx 5mm. They seemed to go off before they wore out. I replace them with uniroyal rain expert 3 and they were amazing but wore quickly. I then bought new larger 19" wheels and fitted falken fk510 and I really rated these. Will prob buy again for my VRS.
  4. Cheers, yes it's Broughton! I've had 1 grey car and it was the easiest to live with. The VRS looks great in grey
  5. As I stated I just read it on here somewhere and thought it might do something.
  6. Not sure if it affects anything but read somewhere that your nav SD card should be in slot 2. I moved mine once I did the update just in case
  7. Look forward to seeing what the new rims look like on your motor. I'm thinking of new wheels when funds allow, thinking of poss audi R8 copies.
  8. Here you go mate. Hope this works for you. Mines been fine since. https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/402860-amundsen-satnav-update/
  9. Mine did this also, I have updated mine using the guide on this forum as my map was same age as car (3 years). Very easy to do if you follow guide.
  10. Mr muscle window cleaner is the best and cheapest option. Ive tried all sorts and can't be beaten for value and cleaning
  11. I've had a couple of silver cars in the past and yes they hide the grime really well, god know why but my last couple of cars have been white
  12. Cheers mate, I really like white when it's clean. Problem being it's not clean for long, but prob slightly better than black!
  13. Been on the forum for about a month finally got round to adding a picture of my VRS tdi estate. Still looking at options for a remap and recommndations appreciated. I am looking at having my old bluefin reset for the VRS but don't see many people using these on here.
  14. I will w r i t e e v e n s l o w e r t h e o r i g i n a l p o s t a s k e d a b o u t i n c r e a s i n g t h e t y r e h e i g h t w i t h o u t c h a n g i n g t h e w i d t h. You clearly like to say what you have done so not worth wasting my time. I know what the tyres symbols mean and that changing the width will also change the height slightly but this is not what the person wanted to do!!
