  1. I thought I was the only one - but certainly that's not the case here - 65 plate superb - didn't expect this. I will get it checked with dealer as its still under extended warranty so hopefully at least diagnose wont break the bank.
  2. quick succession press of lid button on remote and holding it just opens the lid... to close the lid i need to press the close button on the lid itself which is the pain when you accidentally open the lid while sitting on the driving seat.
  3. Thanks, so not a straight solution from obdeleven? As the open lid button very close to break switch and accidental open is a nightmare because you need to get out of car to close it which is a pain. Thanks V
  4. Hi, Has anyone tried following with obdeleven? I have ordered mine but 2 weeks delivery time so waiting to try above options... i've got 65 plate superb 150ps dsg se&l 1. open/close boot lid from center button or from remote key 2. close all windows when car locked through remote 3. close all windows when raining? Thanks V
  5. 9th July.... I will update whatever their findings are...
  6. Thought so... Let me speak to skoda about that.... As wiring may mess up something else as well due to most controls are from the unit
  7. I have booked appointment with skoda about this. Lets see what they come up with.... Will post it next week
  8. Hi, I own 2015 superb MK3 SE L Exec. The sound system is fairly basic and not that I can even call a decent sound - so thinking to upgrade with components , Sub and Amp. My only worry is - there are still few months left for company warranty - so question is, if I get retrofitted these, will it void the warranty? I think I know the answer is YES but still want second opinion before I even start hunting for good fitter around me as only parts cost is around 300 so want to be careful with these before purchase. Thanks V
  9. Anyone does VCDS coding around Dorset UK? not getting any reliable source yet... Any recommendations?
  10. Seats are Subjective by each individuals - I am absolutely comfortable with SE&L Exec seats - 6 ways adjustable - my memory is set and 4-5 hours stretch drive doesn't make me tired on arrival. Yes, the DSG makes loads of difference - i stretch the legs full to just reach to pedal and recline the seats a little with higher lumber support - End result is happy drive - and if you put it on CC then even better
  11. Yep - Thinking the same - and I am out of options so probably skoda can reset and re-calibrate it... Thanks everyone for your inputs here - much appreciated
  12. yes as per manual - this should be the case - and i believe the setting above are under light section of car setup - does it still relates to ACC ? if thats the case I would expect it to be under ACC settings and not under lights. I will check few more days with left and right settings but no hope so far - thinking of going to skoda as its still under warrenty...
  13. Yes, it is left hand traffic in UK and so the setting was set to Left Hand however just to test if any different it makes or not - i changed it to right hand traffic - but nope - it still dont overtake the car on left lane on motorway or dual carriage way.
  14. Ok, well then it was set to left-hand traffic till now - now i have changed it to right-hand traffic. BUT - same behavior...
  15. My experience is you need to push it at least half way to override ACC breaking
  16. In Normal ACC mode as well i have to press accelerator at least half way to override.... surely thats not how it should be...
  17. The only setting I found to change "left" or "right" is under lights section of car setup... Attached picture --- can you/anyone confirm if this is the one needs to be changed? or I am missing something obvious here?
  18. Thats a good tip... Thanks, i will try this one too.... Switching from Japanese to German is radical shift in car handling and electronics controls so still learning quite a few things with these new systems as coming from Nissan/Honda to Skoda.
  19. Yes, thats what the suspect it - I will double check today evening of "driving side" setting and make sure its not set to "driver side" but the "driving side" and give it another go to m3
  20. Agreed - I was hitting accelerator to bypass the car but there are far too many times I had to do that and eventually turned off the ACC as no point of hitting the pedal every 10 seconds..
  21. - obviously i am not driving wrong side on motorway at the speed of 70 but yes I believe this could be the reason it is scanning the left lane.... It is set to right.... and i think you are right - it needs to be changed to left as thats my travel side and not the driving side. i will change it to left and take another ride on motorway to see how it behaves....
  22. Thats what i would expect it to behave, on bends i am ok with it considering its radar based scanning so it may scan left lane however on absolutely straight road also it just scans the left car and breaks it. it was very frustrating when left lane car slowed down to take exit and mine straight hit the break and took me from 70 to 56 where as my middle lane was absolutely fine to go even above 70....
  23. i am a little bit confused with this - in UK it is right hand drive so does the travel mode needs to be chosen as LEFT ?
