The dog has eaten one of my keys but it still works but the case is completely knackered, I have ordered a used key to transplant my key and circuit board in to but can get the little screw out which holds the bottom of the key on. What type of screw is it? 🤷‍♂️🤯

I used the rear window wiper fuse think it’s F47

Has anyone used ledperf.com they sell a interior led light pack for the Mk3 that I was looking to get as I have the Skoda Interior light pack but the lights in the front and back above the seats are normal bulbs which give off a yellow light which ruins the look a bit. Is it easy to swap these bulbs for led ones for a better white light?

Fitted mine and hard wired it in the other day fitted it higher up using the sticky mound as opposed to the suction cup one. Nextbase 412GW

I have just picked up my 1.5 tsi DSG Octi Est. coming from a 2.0 tdi 4x4 Kuga with a powershift gearbox. I am loving the engine it’s quick if needed but will also bumble along around town quietly and effortlessly dropping in to 2 cylinder mode quite often at times of low torque coupled with the 7 speed DSG which is smooth makes it an absolute joy and I’m very pleased with the set up a massive improvement over the Kuga, bit early to tell about mpg at the moment as I have done so few miles in it but early indications are promising

I was just looking at a set of 4 Octavia ones on super Skoda this morning, but they are 79 euro for a set of 4 original Skoda ones

I picked up my Octavia on Wednesday and on some of the radio stations on DAB that I listen to are missing like Magic Radio, I went on the update portal and downloaded the icons but it’s also missing from there but we have the logo on our Kodiaq? I know it’s no big thing but it’s the OCD in me! Is there anyway of getting it, I did think about downloading the Kodiaq file instead but didn’t want to mess the radio up.

Manual or Auto? I’m hoping it goes up a bit as it gets more run in. Better than the 39mpg that my Kuga was averaging lol!

Loving it so far, lights on blue at the moment to match the paintwork. 1.5 was very smooth and quiet with the 7 speed DSG and went in to 2 cylinder mode quite a bit on the drive home (only noticeable by the display on the dash) 50.1mpg on my 21 mile run home so well happy with that.

Collection day tomorrow ordered 4th June collection 5th Sept, now like a kid at Christmas can’t wait to finally get my hands on it!

I was originally quoted 5 months for mine when I ordered mine on the 4th June but has turned out to be 3 months from order to picking it up 5th Sept including the 3 week shut down period so you may have it sooner.

Call from the dealer yesterday my car is now in the country and is being transported to the dealership this week. Should be collecting it on the 5th Sept

Spoke to Skoda today and my car is off the production line and is currently on its way to Emden Port so should have it in about 4 weeks time

Mine is a MY19 car being build week 32 when the factory reopens, I was told it was £450 and it could be added but when the dealer spoke to Skoda they were told it can’t be added yet due to the configuration tool not being able to add it. So it looks like all early MY19 cars of which mine will be one of the first off the production line won’t be able to add the digital dash. I have ordered the Octavia 1.5 tsi DSG SEL estate

Yeah not as long as first predicted by the dealer but it will be without the digital dash as it can’t be added to my order because the UK configuration isn’t available yet and to get it would mean cancelling my order and then ordering again when the digital dash is available which would mean waiting another 3.5 months for delivery!

Has anyone with a MY19 car on order recieved any new emission and mpg data yet?

Update from the dealer today I’m still on for build week 32 (6/8/18) for my Octavia 1.5 tsi DSG SEL estate order went in on the 4th June

My order was accepted for my 1.5 tsi DSG SEL estate on the 4th June and I have a build date of 6th Aug (week 32) and then delivery should be 4 - 6 weeks after that depending on how quick it gets shipped and then on a transporter to the dealer. Total wait of about 3.5 months
