Thanks for getting back to me. For £135 it's an easy decision - for £580 for both the tuning box and pedal box it's not quite so simple! Might just try the pedal box as it's the lag in throttle response that I find most disappointing.

Would you recommend the DTUK unit? My 2018 220 L&K drives really well but I do miss the power of my previous BMW 535d and I thought a tuning box might be a solution. Also has it had any effect on the throttle response as mine is a bit "woolly". Cheers Rich

Hi I've just bought a new Superb L&K Estate. I took advantage of the dealer deposit and had the car on finance. When I enquired about the servicing package Rainworth told me that it was included in the price as part of the finance deal. I'd always intended paying off the finance within the 14 day cooling off period, which I did, but didn't say anything as I didn't want to p*ss the dealer off! Looking at your post above it seems like the service package might still be valid - does anyone know if that is correct and if so does the car have to go back to Rainworth or can it be serviced by my local dealer? That looks a really neat job. Can i ask the name of the fitting company and where abouts in the country are you? My car is already built so I will need to get an aftermarket tow bar fitted.

Hi Thanks for the quick reply. According to the Skoda brochure the L&K has a heated steering wheel so might have to find a heated wheel with paddles if the airbag is different?

Hi. Was your original wheel heated and is the replacement? I'm getting a new L&K in the next couple of weeks but as it was already built I couldn't spec the paddle wheel. Cheers Rich

Put a deposit down on one yesterday . Bought it through Broadspeed who seem to be very on the ball. The dealer that is involved is Rainworth of Mansfield. I should have it in a couple of weeks - it's a Quartz Grey L&K 220 Estate with beige leather. Wasn't sure about the colour combination but after Broadspeed sent some photos of another car with the same colours I decided to take the plunge! The order books for the 2018 models have been closed so you can't get a car built to your specs . I was told that the 2019 L&K estate isn't expected to be available 'til March/April next year and to expect prices to be approx 5 - 10 % higher than they are currently.

Hi Larry. I'd been interested to know your findings on this subject. The PCP on my BMW touring is up next month, the car is going back and the replacement I've narrowed down to is the 220 L&K Estate.
