Well, after a hiatus of nearly 3 years after owning my vRS, we are going to look at a new Fabia tomorrow as the wifes company car is going back for good. Looking for a mid range TDi. However, I've just been reading the topic on the build delays and I'm not so sure now, we dont want a massive delay as the current car has to go back on a certain date. I dont want the dealer telling me 'yes, no problems with delivery' and being left without a car!! Finally back into a Skoda again, yippee! Ben

Well the super hub is pants, I have it in modem mode and have a different wireless router....works better Ask them to check your power levels, I had a problem of really slow internet and they came out and checked it and found the power levels were all out, they adjusted them and it was fine afterwards.

I went with Virgin as I have their services at home and get a good deal for our 2 mobiles. The coverage (T-Mobile) was awful at times but now it swaps to Orange, I rarely have a problem now. Can't say I have ever had a problem with their customer services, always sorted me out when I have called about a problem. Im getting 62.50Mb/s download and 5.5Mb/s Upload now I've had my speed upgrade from Virgin Media. Well, that's when I plug it in, over the wireless it struggles to get over 20 and Idon't know why? Ben

Well, since the cost of Diesel has been rising, I managed to get my boss to give me an extra £5 a day on my rate (self employed) so I'm not actually bringing in any more money, but i'm still breaking even on the Diesel front and I'm spending £120 a week too! Ben

Well, I'm working in the CIS scheme, so I try and rinse the maximum possible which my accountant will allow me to claim, which means I get a yearly rebate, so it's a sort of bonus and the more 'bonus' I can get the less I have to pay into that Osbournes blokes ass pocket! Ben

Well hello everyone, I have been away from the site for ages while I got my life in order and I'm happy to report all is better than ever.... I now have a beautiful daughter Maisie Isabella and no longer do the CAD design work as I was made redundant which hit me quite hard as I put some considerable effort in for the company for 8 years, but hey, that's business... I have some really good mates who saw my redundancy on my facebook status and they got me a job with them renovating houses in SE London, which I absolutely love doing!!! The really bad news is that my dearly loved Fabia vRS has been sold and I now have a Transit van, but that won't stop me contributing on here at all! Hi all, not been on for ages, been busy being a daddy for the first time!! Now, I was talking to my mate this evening at golf and we were discussing tax credits and entitlements. We have just sent our first form into HMRC so await the results (not expecting much). My mate asked me if they take into consideration any overdue tax owing to HMRC when working out any money he may get as he's in a bit of a pickle as he was a t**t and didn't save enough during the year. I said I hadn't a clue but I'd ask on here and see if anyone knows, has experience of it? Ben

 Congratulations to you both, I became a dad on 20th may this year to Maisie Isabella and it's the best thing in the world, it changes your whole aspect on life! We arrived at Ashford MLU at 1am in the morning and I never slept for best part of 60 hours after that, it's amazing what coffee and adrenaline does! In the hospital don't get upset as your girlfriend will probably get quite emotional, my wife did and if they get aggy, don't be offended, just remeber you arn't the one having to push a small melon out of a very tight, small hole (not being too graphic). Also, she may get very, very, very, very emotional during the pregnancy, so just give her plenty of slack! Towards the end of the pregnancy, we used a TENS machine and it worked for my wife for pain relief, this is the one we used: http://www.bootsmate...-TENS-Rental--1 As a side note, after the birth, have a long hard few drags on the Entonox gas, all dads must have a go on that!!! lol Like other have said, get sleep, lots of sleep!! The silly sods marked out a square on the pavement opposite my office and I turned up the next day and it was in the middle of the pavement!! They came back a day later and moved it to the back of the pavement out of the way, set up all the new lines on it....THEN turned up the very next day to remove all of the new lines back to the old post and took the new one away........WTF? 3 days of total waste....jesus Ben
