    Thanks @Tell and @batemansxxxb Looks like I have the Amundsen system then. Yes, it says it on the sd card now I look at it! Doh! Putting VIN into Skoda update portal says no maps available. Will the map files downloaded from the link in this thread work (HIGH12_P189_EU_202045)?

    Lots of talk on here of buying a 32Gb SD card for updating maps. The Skoda instructions say that you must use the original Skoda SD card as it has a "security chip" in it. That sounds like b#llocks to me but just checking: you can use any class 10 SD card?
