  1. Talked to another official Skoda dealership and they said they record mileage before and after, they deliver the car back same as they have received and do not use switch driving modes to test wheel geometry or blind zone sensors. It's clear now that service went for a joy ride and do not want to admit it. Shame on them. Obviously will only go there if I don't have any other choice.
  2. Already did, and they told me that it's standard procedure. Just said that service guy forgot to switch back driving mode and didn't comment on high mileage and why sport mode was used.. :/ Of course the car seat wasn't set back to where it was. I have automatic seats.
  3. It's in Riga, Latvia, Green Motors dealership. 25 km in Riga is like 45-60 mins driving around the city. Do you think that switching to sport mode during checks and such mileage is legit?
  4. Hi guys. I need help figuring out if local dealer ****ed me over or not. I have Octavia vRS 2018 Mk3 with all the extras like DCC, ACC, RS package etc. with. I drove to my local official dealer for regular tyre change, tyre balancing, wheel geometry check and troubleshooting blind zone sensors on right side. After 5 hours i get the car back, they say they didn't find anything wrong with blind zone sensors which normal because their software is buggy as hell. Anyways i'm driving home, after a kilometer I realize the drive mode is set to sport mode, then I check the driving data and it says 27 km. I was like wtf, did the service guy went on a joy ride with my vRS?! I checked Eco analyzer and it showed that before I started to drive, last 30 mins was pedal to metal, all the the green columns to the max. I asked them about that and they gave me standard procedure bull****. Is it bull**** and the boys from service went for joy ride or it's just me?
