It seems that CarPlay in my Octavia III (2018) stopped working. I have some Swing/Bolero hybrid infotainment system. This actually happened a year ago. I even sent an e-mail to Skoda service six months ago, but still have not received any reply. I think this happened when iOS was updated from 13.1 to 13.2. At first it was informing me "No playable audio files". I uploaded one song to the iPhone - the message disappeared, but still could not connect. After that I tried all the usual stuff - different USB cable, different iPhone, deleting recent applications etc., but without any luck. What is actually strange is that it connects sometimes, but this happens very rarely (once or twice a month)! I visited the dealer where I have bought the car. They updated the system, but it did not help. My next step would be to downgrade iOS to 13.0 version, but this will be very painful as I have to do the hard reset of my phone. Any ideas what might be the problem?
