Placed order on 22nd July for SE L 1.5 TSI DSG in Business Grey with heated windscreen, steel spacesaver spare wheel plus Isofix on front passenger seat. Robert at West End Garage Edinburgh has sent regular video updates. It was a confirmed build for Week 36 but unfortunately that coincided with the switch from production to WLTP testing and the build didn't proceed. Just had another video update from the dealer advising that the car is built and is now en route to Emden. Expected ETA at the dealership is about 2.5 weeks from now. Unfortunately I will be away on vacation by then so the dealership will need to babysit it for a couple of weeks until we get back. Something to look forward to!!!

Hopefully I have the same smooth path as you've had. The dealer has told me that he should have a further update with details of the actual day for the build sometime on Monday.

Build week now confirmed for next week. Only issue now is whether it gets here before we go on holiday in October.

Yeah, things seem to have started moving again following the factory shutdown. Still a bit concerned that there could be further delays due to the emissions testing.

I placed an order for a 1.5 TSI SE L DSG with a few options on 22nd July. The estimated delivery date was given as late December. Received a video message from the dealer this morning advising it is slotted for build week 37, last week in September, with delivery in October. We might be on holiday at the estimated delivery time so the dealer will probably need to babysit it for us for a week or two.

My order for an SE L 1.6 petrol DSG includes an additional Isofix point on the front passenger seat. Would this be a factory fit only item or can a local Skoda dealer carry out that work?

Still haven't seen one on the road but there was a white one in the car park at my golf club in Edinburgh today.

Placed an order for SE L a couple of weeks ago. Estimated delivery was late December. Bearing in mind the factory was closed at that time I dont know how accurate that estimate is likely to be.
