  1. This is deliberate to encourage you to turn on your lights. It definitely should light up fully if your lights are fully on.
  2. Cheap OBD2 Bluetooth readers do work nicely with an android phone, I have one connect to my citigo green tech. AC won't stop start/stop, even after driving for only 1 minute my car will start/stop at traffic lights (2014 model) you get a small symbol with the start/stop logo when it goes into it or when it cannot with a line through it. Clearing codes does seem like a good bet. The VW up owners club has lots of members and might have more of an answer on their blue motion engines.
  3. You need to go into music and then select the phone from the bottom button that says something like 'radio' or 'sd'
  4. Garmin system uses the Navigon maps and software.
  5. Gpspower has instructions and downloads
  6. If you search for Skoda or green version on Ali express or eBay you can find the matching ones.
  7. Only downside is that's the VW one so the lights are red not green
  8. Wouldn't delay mode fix this problem?
  9. When it's unplugged from the car it will ask for a pin. I thought you needed the pin for a different car?
  10. Plug it into Garmin fresh and you can reset it, then when you plug it in will customise for Skoda. Make sure you get the pin with the device so you can unlock it.
  11. I'm in Berkshire but have family in Hertfordshire, of I can I don't mind dropping by you and letting you try my PID in your car if you like?
  12. Fresh updates can be got from gpspower, it works perfectly. Navigon is shutting down so we going to run out of maps really soon.
  13. Hi everyone, first time poster here! I have a Skoda Citigo 75ps greentech, its a 2014 model and its done about 35000 miles, its done 6k since I bought it in November 2017. I expect I am on course to do 8k by the time november comes around. I did a search and I know that 40,000 miles is the major service. My MOT is due september so I decided it was probably easier to service the car early and making sure I do both at the same time. So I am planning on servicing the car in the middle of august and doing the MOT the same time. Do I do the major service ahead of time or should I do a minor service? The main thing is I know at 40,000 miles the car would be part way through the year from the service, I wouldn't want to do the spark plugs etc late at 43k miles rather than the 40 if its important. Also, I haven't seen on my history whether the rear brakes have been cleaned so I was going to do that myself as the rear brakes can stick on sometimes.
