  1. jesus wept...856 a year for a Kodiaq on 10 years ncd
  2. Hello all, I've just had my Kodiaq in for a service and a recall as per the service plan. It's come out and it appears they've kinda done a mini MOT on it as well and they're saying that all wiper blades and the Rear discs and pads need replaced, The front wipers are fine but the rear sounds like its made or hard plastic lol (75 quid for a set! 🤣 noty) The rear discs/pads are where they've really narked me tho... Car is just ovre a year old, just over 5.6k miles on it... new Discs and pads? I dont think I've needed to replace any this early before. Skoda report says theyre less than 10% worn but need replaced due to corrosion! While the car was in I took a look outside at a number of their over vehicles 69 plates, 70 plates and even 21 plates. The discs on the vast majority of them looked utterly knackered. I raised this with the chap at the service at the Skoda dealer and his defence for me needing to pay £335 for this was... Yeah look at the one over there, a car with no plates on it, they're knackered as well and that ones got like no miles on it! So he tried to defend the skoda brand and quality by pointing out that a car sat indoors that had negligible miles on it the discs were knackred too! He's not really helped the case here like and I reckon it's worth pushing this with Skoda UK. Anyone else has similar issues? Thanks Cheers
  3. Picked mine up the day, was fearing I'd not like the back but it looks smart. The kids absolutely love it haha, it was missing the family pack, and the seat back tables, rear side airbags and the internal leds. Tables sorted, child locks will just use the manual ones haha, side airbags were just gonna upgrade the bairns seats and the internal leds are easily sorted with a kit. 2021 I believe 2 spoke steering wheel, wireless charging and USB c First upgrade is gonna be running boards. Been quoted 940 fitted from local skoda dealer, that a decent price?
  4. Ah thats a bonus then
  5. yes so what will a car finished in BW37 this year be? I think it's gonna be a 20 but prefer the new rear badging haha
  6. 2020 BW37 will be a MY20 wont it?

  10. Saw these today and Im not sure what they re, were on a new Superb Hybrid
  11. Whilst it looks like something that would be a pretty easy DIY fit I've not been able to source it anywhere so for the negligible cost seemed sensible to help protect the undercarriage.
  12. Aye that's just how car wow shows it I think
  13. Family pack I've been advised of iss... Rear window tint Rear blinds Electronic child locks Door bin things I'm after it for the blinds and electronic locks really
  14. Traffic sign recognition worth adding for the 90 quid? Will that add a psychical camera that can then allow coding of other bits and bobs? Had ACC in a Golf GTI that was provided as a courtesy car, not for me lol
  15. The other option is a clear one, far better imho nah sorry kinda new here
  16. Thats just a stick on bumper foil to protect the bumper paintwork
  17. Ello All, Long time lurker :p I was meant to be getting a lease Kodiaq at the beginning of the year and that fell thru. Ended up "buying" a Ford, thats now been rejected and Im back after a kodiaq So about to pull the trigger, any advice over the spec? 1.5 TSI SEL Kodiaq 7 Seat Meteor Grey With the following: Additional equipment included in price Waste bin in door panel £30 Temporary steel space saver spare wheel with tool kit and jack (145/85 R18) £155 Electrically operated boot with Kick activation (Virtual Pedal) £210 Electrically folding towbar with adaptor £890 Heated windscreen with heated windscreen washer nozzles £345 Virtual Cockpit - 10.25" digital display £470 Manual roller blinds for rear windows £205 Black roof headlining £0 Rear view camera with full LED rear lights £405 Personalisation of drive mode selection £45 Panoramic sunroof £1,205 High beam assist £205 Folding tables on the front seat backrests £130 Leather - Black £350 Family pack - Kodiaq £180 LED Interior Light pack - Kodiaq SE L / Edition £205 Rough Road pack - Kodiaq £305 the Price I've been given is £28,573 and I must say Im mighty tempted to click the go ahead button Am I right in believing that as Ice added Personalisation of drive mode selection that this will mean an extra key (only reason for grabbing it tbh) as the car includes drive mode select anyway. Why Does Adding the space saver wheel remove the variable boot floor? I thought the spare went under the middle row? Is there anything that should be added that may mean I can just add other bits by VCDS coding in the future? (Or anything I can remove that can be coded later) Im gonna ask for the additional 5Yr Warranty (650 I think) as it doesnt show on carwow The other Bit Im not sure on is the Chrome pack included with the SEL - Im having trouble finding what it actually includes. But against the meteor Grey Im thinking Im gonna prefer black. Any pointers or advice welcome Cheers chaps and heres hoping I can get this ordered within the next few days Wayne
