I know someone in the exact same situation, but his is built and on the way to the docks for shipping, so not long for him. Is the QQ braking suddenly? that is his problem,

I'm motability and had one on build for week 34, but it was stuck in the production line for over 3 weeks with no movement. Dealership was also a right pain in the arse, so cancelled. 24 hours later ordered the mazda cx4 sport nav+ with delievry expected end of the month. T'is more money but a bigger car with a lot more toys. Must stress it was the way the dealer treated me that was the reason for me cancelling, i could have waited - but not going to be lied to and made out i'm a 'problem' customer.

Never had a problem with previous motability cars, this one astonished me, wasn't prepared for it. If previous comms weren't by email they would have probably denied all that too. Was like being involved with a dealer on rogue traders! We're now looking at a different brand of vehicle, the experience has put us off Skoda. This dealership didn't have to put in any work to get our order as we test drove a vehicle elsewhere as they didn't have one, and the dealership where we test drove wasn't interested in taking an order from us - quite bizarre it was. But there you go. Lesson learnt, keep as much comms as possible by email so they can't lie and say otherwise.

Avoid at all costs. Tried ordering a motability vehicle here, comms were non existent at first. Day after ordering a vehicle, I emailed asking about the reversible mat and if it was compatible, and that on here they can be had for £55 - took 3 weeks of pestering to finally get a reply of 'don't know, it's £63, do you want to order it?' I complained to exec office who agreed that is not the way they want potential skoda customers to be treated, they made the dealer order the part in to check its compatibility. When it arrived i had a phone call from the sales manager on his mobile insisting i attend the 'checking of the compatibility' as i have 'trust issues', and because the mat seemed 'very important to me'. He was rude, aggressive, belittling, and insistent. So i again reported this to the exec office, who when they approached the sales manager, told them my account was not what happened i.e lied and made out me to be the problem, and as the call he made was from his personal mobile and not the work phone they have no way of recalling the call. I then had an email from the manager of dealership saying that inlight of my complaint about the sales manager, he has taken away the discount on the advance payment of the car offered to me and the full amount will be needed! I cancelled the order for the car.

Cheers, that's the same Leon as i have now, ordered the Karoq in SE L - was confirmed week 34 build, 3 weeks ago, and still saying in production which is frustrating, seems to have got delayed on the production line - hopefully won't be long now though.

Sorry, but can i add on a question seeing as it's the same subject - does the SE L trim come with auto wipers? On my Leon it's first position up on the stalk, wondered if it would be the same on the Karoq i've ordered, if it has them? Thanks

My SEL 1.6 TDI is being built now (was confirmed as last week) - told it can take 2 weeks to build, then will be transported to Emden where it will be shipped to Grimsby. Ordered 7th August, was an untagged car already in the system. I've had a couple of issues with the dealer, thus the executive office is keeping me updated on a weekly basis, and have said once it reaches the port they will request priority shipping, then once in the UK will request priority delivery to the dealer.

I have a Karoq on order, does the directions come on the screen between the speed/rev meters? I follow the directions here in my current seat leon with the nav sound on mute.
