Hey all, I've had this strange noise in my 17 Superb Sportline and I'm not sure if it's normal or not. The best way to describe it is when accelerating slowly it sounds like there's a cricket chirping somewhere behind the dash. When I spoke to Skoda they mentioned something about the fuel pump and to keep an eye on it. It seems to get slightly louder as I accelerate Has anyone else heard anything similar? I've seen water pump issues but not sure if this is the same or not.

Guys thought id post a fix for the latest map issues some of us have been having. No matter what I did Columbus would not detect the latest map update P71 for me, and it was downloaded using the download manager from Skoda on. Windows PC. I stumbled across a post stating that the latest Skoda maps (P71) are missing a "truffles" folder from the zip package which is why the update will not install. The workaround is to download the VW maps which are packaged correctly - this will then update from Columbus. Make sure you download the correct maps for your unit, in my case Discover Pro. You can find them here https://webspecial.volkswagen.de/maps/sg/en/index.html The SD card does not need to be formatted to fat32 and can be exfat or NTFS apparently

Thanks. Most appear to be for the standard superb which means the drop on sportline will only be 15mm or so I guess.

Did you have any issues with DCC and the lowering springs? I've got the sportline sedan (so another 10-15mm lower than standard) and was looking at H&R or Eibach springs but I guess it will only drop it another 15mm or so. Apparently the Passat B8 springs are compatible as well.

Hi all, Does anyone know if h&r or eibach actually do lowering springs for the 280 4x4 superb? All my reading seems to indicate non 4x4 only. If the standard springs do in fact work OK I'm assuming the drop is not as low as the non Sportline. Do all functions of the car still work OK once lowered? I've heard the equivalent Passat springs fit as well. Can anyone confirm? Thanks!

Does Carista let you adjust the throttle response setting to Audi?
