  1. What's happened to the Bolero torrent? Has the link been deleted?
  2. All the problems stemmed from me being sent the wrong information regarding the canbus pins and me never having attempted any type of coding on a canbus system before. But if you do decide to go ahead then there are at least two of us with quite a lot of knowledge on the coding and wiring of this particular Parking sensor setup. It is worthwhile investing an hour (8 euro) on the Erwin site and downloading the manuals for your vehicle.
  3. HI Attempted what you suggested, entered security code - that went OK but the adaption button is greyed out???? Took some screenshots again to show what happened when I selected 5F and also 10. Regards
  4. This is a very steep learning curve as I have never owned a vehicle with a canbus before. I will follow your instructions to the letter in the morning. Fingers crossed. Thank you.
  5. Here are the Admap files, one is with measurements and one without. Hope this proves useful in solving this problem. adpmap-5F-5E0-035-820-A_TMBKG7NE3E0070343-20181002-1951.CSV adpmap-5F-5E0-035-820-A_TMBKG7NE3E0070343-20181002-1952.CSV
  6. Well that is really helpful KevC_Derby, if the instruction supplied were to bear any resemblance to what was sent, then things might have gone a lot smoother. As it is I am very grateful to langers2K for all his help. langers2K Here is what i have taken screenshots of and a csv file as requested. Thanks again. adpmap-5F-5E0-035-820-A_TMBKG7NE3E0070343-20181002-1728.CSV
  7. KevC_Derby Thank you for your constructive help with this I am familiar with Linux and am computer literate and can in most cases quickly pick up what is going on.
  8. Wow thank you for your prompt response, I will get onto it ASAP.
  9. Hi langers2k I did as you suggested and have attached the scan of before I did it and after I did it, there are also screenshots of my Long coding setup I think as per the Car-Systems instructions. Needless to say after all this it still is not working. And I have included a screenshot of where I have connected to the canbus (B391 and B384). Thanks in advance. 10. Hi langers2k My VCDS is the dark picture and its version 18.2.1, I think there is only one newer version available. Since posting my last I have discovered a menu called "Long Coding Helper" which is was what I was looking for, this allowed me to input the information supplied by "Car-Systems". Now that I've done this I am able to test the beepers front and rear and the parking sensor light goes out once I start driving but that's about it, no sensor operation and nothing on the bolero display. There VCDS is out of date. So what now. I have attached the latest scan. Thanks in advance Scan-TMBKG7NE3E0070343-20181001-1755-78434km-48736mi.txt
  11. Well now to the coding, the info supplied by "Car-Systems" Poland appears to refer to an older version of VCDS. The version I am using is 18.2 and won't accept the coding supplied. Does anyone have any ideas on the coding required for this unit? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
  12. Hi all Thanks for all your help, I have now sorted out the wiring for the parking sensors with help from yourselves and the Erwin circuit diagrams, thats after I worked out how to use them. Still got to code the unit so still more problems to come on that front I expect. Thanks again.
  13. The other one has 18 pins and 16/17 are empty................... What do you think???
