  1. Hi guys, My wife has just returned from germany for half term week and the car has just covered 8000 miles and is an 11 plate and oil warning light has come on, I check the oil level and its nearly dry????? Has anyone any similar incidents or is this common? (I hope not or back to VRS I go next year! ) Thanks in advance Mark
  2. £13,395.00 delivered and registered plus full tank of fuel. www.griffintaxfree.com if your eligible?
  3. It's not who you know, but who you blow for one of these... :p I ordered mine a the end of Jan 11 and I pic it up on Wednesday and it has been sat there for two weeks due to work commitments.
  4. How do you enable the cornering fogs if you have no maxidot on your FL?
  5. Last year me and the wife slept in our Seat Altea XL as the tent started to leak and this included the double blow up bed etc and was very comfatable but make sure you leave the windows open a little as the condensation produced doesn't have leave residue on the windows. Im almost certain you would be comfy in there all 'Four' of You... :p
  6. for my FL vRS I shall be using - Alexandra Burke (Alex) as it's stunning with a nice sexy shaped black rear... I'm such a pervert!!!
  7. No it's one of the two holes on either side within the rear of the boot...
  8. Does it have a 7 way bypass fitted? Is it double or single electrics fitted? And be careful you don't blow any elecs out... What year is it?
  9. Im interested to see what types of towbars you may have whether it be a fixed one or detachable and also the make... Pictures are warmly welcomed. I have a Westfalia - Single electrics - Detachable and fully hidden. Cheers TOWBAR
  10. I did see something on here a couple of months ago stating that it is not belt driven but chain driven which which makes it far smoother. Don't shoot me if im wrong... :(
  11. Hi pal, Mine has TSI under the bonnet and not TFSI also noticed this in the broucher before I collected my order on the 12-Mar-2010... I will watch this thread for clarification as when I phoned customer service they could not give me an answer :S Cheers
  12. Guys has anyone else noticed this: I removed rear bumper on 10 plate VRS FL Hatch the other day to fit removable towbar but to my surprise whilst trying to remove the bumper after all screws etc had been removed that it was still stuck in place? After looking at each wheel archway part and pulling back gently I found to my surprise white sealant/pollyfiller had been used to seal one of the two holes on either side. I carried on with the towbar and replaced the bumper and added more sealent just in case as someone had put it there for a reason??? :'( Can anyone shed any light on this for me or is it because the VRS has a different bumper than the standard Octy, just seems a little cheap as my Octy 2 pre FL Sport never had this when I fitted a towbar to that. What would you do in this situation? Cheers in advance, Mark
